As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I provide individual counseling to men and women, helping them address a variety of issues, such as depression, anxiety, grief, loss, trauma, relationship problems, anger, drug, alcohol addiction and other challenges.
I am here to help you work through your struggles one step at a time. I understand that every person is unique. That’s why I take an individualized therapeutic approach and strive to understand your fears, hopes and longings.

Average Length of Counseling
My mission is to provide professional individual counseling services to support you during challenging times and help you achieve relief from distressing symptoms so you can heal and move toward a happier life and more fulfilling relationships.
To achieve this goal I use therapeutic strategies, aimed at helping you reconnect with your inner strengths, heal from trauma, develop effective communication skills, rebuild a loving bond with your partner and feel greater self-worth.
I offer once a week counseling at Angel’s therapy office. Usually the average length of counseling is about 8-12 sessions; however, each person is unique, so the length of counseling can be different for each person.
